She is 57postmenopause, with no previous conditions, her symptoms are as following
heart palpitations, fever, vomiting, panic/anxiety attacks, constant nausea, insomnia, depression, stress, loss of appetite

She has seen several specialist including brain scans and visits to cardiologists, we have yet to hear anything that could explain these symptoms, please if any of you are doctors or have similar symptoms do you have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

did the brain scan or MRI checked out her pituitary gland?
this gland regulates many many things in the body.
another gland that can cause very strange symptoms is the adrenal gland.
have her thyroid checked and thyroid stimulating hormone too(blood test)

Bring her to an Endocrinologists. Maybe a glandular problem. They specialize in these.& you friend is lucky to have you.

Hyperthyroidism. If several doctors all neglected to check for this, they all deserve to lose their licenses.
