I am 25 and do not have an active lifestyle. I am 50.8kg(weight) and 16m(height). i already ask a doctor and he prescribed me some vitamins. I wanted to check if its really normal. I am an office clerk and not very good at sports. I get tired easily, my hands tremble time to time, i also get dizzy and sometimes my vision go on black for a second or so. 1. Agnodice says:

Normal heart rate is 50-100, therefore it is still in the normal range. Higher heart rates can occur normally in some people. Dehydration, anemia and thyroid disease can also lead to a increased heart rate. Feeling tired and dizzy can be a sign of anemia and this can be checked for with blood tests. Hand tremors can be a sign of thyroid disease, which can also be checked for with blood tests.
